Yeah I know its a collage of differant years. It actually is a 75 trans am turned formula and check out the roof (t-tops) their from a 79. I didnt take pics of the interior because its got 75 Z28 white interior in it. :eek: But I still like it.

so the frame is a 75 the body is a 79 and the front is a 74 so what year is the engine?

Actually the body is a '75 the guy before me removed the roof and replaced it with a '79 roof. The engines a 455 out of a '71 GP. It also has a dual snorkel air cleaner just the wrong one for the car.

So far I gave it a bath and started redoing some of the wiring. The previous owner had hacked the wiring to install a radio system. I also got in the deal a complete rust free drivers quarter panel.

Cool find Chuck. :ax I find it interesting, to say the least, what people do to these cars. Sometimes it pisses me off to see the ridiculous lengths they go to. Like that camaro interior.

Started the car today and WOW! It sounds great! Smoked for about 3 minutes then cleared out a purrs like a kitten.

Its always great to see & get ideas.I too have some hacked wiring. It certainly takes a lot of patience & a few words muttered!
