Default prep and primer screw up

I spent all day prepping some fenders to paint and primered them this afternoon. After I was done I realized I didnt add enough hardener to the primer. The right mix was one tube of hardener to a quart of primer but I only did 3/4 of a tube. Will I have to strip these and if so how should i go about stripping them?
Thanks
Mitch

The way you describe 'tube' pertaining to hardener indicates to me that you are using a 'polyester' primer. If so (Slicksand, Featherfill??), that product is closely related to bondo in chemistry. If you're in a warmer climate you should be okay, this stuff cures with heat. And if the hardener was a little short, hopefully the heat in your garage will help it out. You'll know when you block in anyway...

If it's urethane or epoxy I'm not sure...

Just like body filler, if you add too little hardener, then you will have to wait longer for it to dry. Shouldn't be a big deal. Humidity and temp are the contributing factors in how fast these products dry.
