Cool, I had a set of Jeff's headers and modified them to fit my A body. Right side was a bolt on left side was a mother__cker!
Glad to see this becoming more popular

The cheapest found was $2500. So I bought a Ice Engine kit, a vertical saw, a bunch of bends and Im sill not at $2500.. almost...but not quite. I'm having custom flanges laserer that are round ports (1 3/4")but they are for D-port heads.

I'm going to make several sets. I'm only making the pass side. You can use a factory manifold or shorty headers on that side. This is going to be a Pontiac version of the "dirty Dingo" LS turbo header.

Didn't you say if you had ditched the power steering or something they would have only needed a small tweak at the 3 inch pipe?

That was the big problem , some people wanted D ports some wanted O ports some wanted cv1 convertible ports and there just wasn't enough overall demand or even enough on one segment to keep producing them at $675 they were a bargain to buyers though.

People should have bought two set just to keep in storage at that pricing.

I wish I'd kept more for myself Even.

I removed the power steering to save me a bunch of grief! Put a manual box in it. I don't mind it on the highway or around town. Parking sucks with the spool and manual box!!
