Default rear suspension 2e gen t/a

hello i am from holland and i have an 1980 transam with an 455 with 6x heads 9,75 cr. 350th from b&m 3000 stall convertor 3,73 ratio and 28" tires.
now i have slapper bars on it, but i have an lot of tires shake/wheel hop.
I do not whill weld on the car so i whil improve the traction with slide a link of comp engineering of the calvert bars which one is the best.
i will also put on mono leaf spring for dragrace which mark is the best and i will put on rear dragshocks from comp engineering because i have them also in the front.
i hope i get the answers iam looking for
thanks for now sandor

If I understand the question correctly, you're wanting to eliminate wheel hop for better traction. Slapper bars will work if they are snug against the spring. For all out drag racing ladder bars are better, in my opinion. Unless you want to cut it up and use a 4 link setup. I would leave the multi leaf spring in it. Mono leaf spring tend to get twisted out of shape from the torque. The Comp Engineering shocks would help, too. Hope this answers your question.

Your wheel hop is from your springs twisting, which means your slapper bars are doing little, if anything. New, better springs will help, and adjusting your pinion angle will also help. You want your pinion angle to be straight during launch. Mine is setup at a 2 degree tilt, but you may need to go more. Traction bars are pretty much worthless in my opinion. The drag shocks should help also, but I'm not so sure about the other mods you're talking about.
