Been there already fella,s plugs look great after a run nice tan color to them all. Carb. comes on like a animal. really don,t think thats the problem.All of a sudden i lost a little mojo somewhere. Ill find it thank you.

Yup Dave from Syosset. He had a heart attack when I walked into his shop a long time ago when he was welding his intake manifold. It "looks" bone stock.
That car ran 9.70's in the 80's on the street. He made a lot of money with it.
He still has it. Saw it last month.

Believed to of found the issue, no.1 and 7 plug completely fouled, ran my autolites for over a yr. cannot complain i guess.

NGK much better plug for E-Head part# R5671A-9 better heat range. Then the Autolites

So basically you were running on six cylinders. Some how Iím not bying it. Didnít you up grade with a new cam, why would you put year old plugs in with a new cam. Your not that cheap....are you... lol

We canít do a search because Lou lost a lot of posts updateing the forum last year but he had this problem last year in was one of his 150 posts. Plugs fouled / bad leak down backed up with low compression in some cylinders.

itís my understanding or as I remember it , that was do to him installing rocker arm balls in backwards. The ball part up instead of down. Guessing not fully opening the valves.

You are correct Lou he found 5 rocker arm on upside down when he removed all rocker THEN performed a leakdown with the intake off and had air coming out some cylinders.( then backed up by a compression gauge ) As of now Rich just install some new plugs and see if it help.
