They are a Special Head Stud Set I believe, You will want to use Studs and not Bolts For what its worth, Try Kayenal Machine or Wenzler Himself might have them

I have a set of studs for them but the studs hit the end of the rocker shafts. I don't think that there is enough material to machine on the shaft to clear. I talked to Larry W and he gave me the lengths that I need. I'm going to use the studs in all but the ends and use the bolts in there to give the clearance that I need. Any other suggestions are welcomed. Thanks.

Try CV Products (www.cvproducts.com).
I'm almost positive that they have ARP Products in bulk.
