I believe they are 1 3/16ths in size and 1 of the hardest to find. Check what kind of nipple you are getting. Some have a bunch of stuff in them for??? Atleast that what I found with the factory 1's that are still available from GM. Maybe they still carry the frost plug.

Don't waste your time with napa. They are useless. Find a small parts store. Doorman part numbers are p21c and 565-025. I had the same problems. Good luck.

Default thanks sergef !!

That got me on the right track. Dorman no longer makes the p21c,replaced by 555-086 for the small one 1 3/16 no brass only steel.the larger one 1 3/8 they offer in brass 565-025 just like in your pic. Found both of them in stock at carquest. Still searching for heater hose nipple. Going to design my own and get a bunch milled, just can't decide on billet or brass.Anybody interested??.

Tanks again YELLOWBIRD.
