Default Windhield/dash panel??

What's the name of the panel between the base of the windshield and the dash (it has heater slots and the vin tag in it)? Are there any good repros for a 69 GTO? Mine is rusted through pretty good and I can't seem to find anything on the market. Thanks for any help.
