Default Bumper to Fender Gap

Hello All,

I was wondering if anyone has run into this situation. I have a 78 ta and the driver side fender does not sit flush with the bumper. The passenger side fits perfectly. The drivers fender has never been hit, and the bumper has not shrunk. My buddy and I are at a loss on how to close the gap between the bumper and fenders.

Any Ideas?

Thanks,
Trevor

It'll drive you crazy, I'm afraid I don't offer much help.
But from what I've seen....some times you
have to split the differences with shims and the
gap between the door and bumper
