Default hello from SEC country

hello i ran across this forum and it seems to be the most informed pontiac engine site period.im working on my third 2nd gen pontiac, i have a 400 and a 455 just undecided on which route to take. i have build several sbc and a few buick this is going to be my first pontiac build

streetable 500hp-550hp, driveable wise to be able drive prob free to huntsville dragway from my house which is about 90 miles oneway

yeah i know theres no replacement for cubes, but i see alot of sucess around here with 400's and we will keep quiet about that buckeye thing till after jan 7 if you know what i mean

Welcome aboard BCB!

This website has some serious, serious hardcore racers and builders. What's neat is that everyone can chime in to flesh out or dismiss a particular course of action as successful or not on the track because they've done it....there's a ton of racers here who do spend the dime on exotic pieces in pursuit of defeating all other engine makes on equal terms.

A lot to be learned from these guys...
