Default Paint stripper for Endura nose??

Is it harmful, if so, what are other options besides hand sanding?

there are specific paint strippers for urethane bumper covers.
I've used them before, but you have to be really careful.
Sitting on the part too long, and the rubber will swell from the stripper.
Followed by excessive shrinkage when it finally dries.

Best way would be to use 220 grit paper on a dual action sander(d.a) and patiently sand to old paint off
