You clean the surface, lay down some 3M tape over the area to be cut and mark it off...for a smallish hole like that, you'll either want to use a sabre-saw with a high tpi count or get about 6 "cutting" drill pieces for your Roto-Zip and use the circle attachment...although never recommended for metal, the hardened bits do a good job cutting metal but they break as they get heated, hence the need for quite a bit on hand for the job. :cool:
