Default repaint prep

My 71 Lemans has the original and one repaint, there are no bubbles or peeling-just dull white. what do ya'll think about putting one more top coat on it or should I take it down to metal and start over. I did some test spots arond the bottom of the quarters and did not find any rust. It's going to be my driver

I went to bare metal on my 75 this past summer and glad I did. Actually found a few areas of primer separating from the metal that I wouldn't have otherwise. If you're going that far, why not go all the way?
