Default Blending Black Paint

I've asked this question before, but I need a refresher. I have these flaws on the top of my car that are just driving me crazy. I don't want to repaint the entire back half of the car, and there are no hardlines on a 77 TA to paint to. I want to try to blend the new black paint into the old right around the sail panels. The sail panel birds will cover that area somewhat, but there will still be some visible area. Anyway, how difficult is it to blend black paint. I still have a little over a quart left from the original paint job. I used a factory packaged black too. I'll use the reverse tape method to do this, but I'm wondering if there will still be signs of underlying paint. Will the older paint, (which is less than 2 years old) fade before the new, even if blended correctly? Know what I mean? BTW, it's a single stage centari.

You can blend single stage Centari..
best way to do it.
reverse tape like you mentioned to avoid excess overspray.
then on your last coat..
remove the reverse tape, lightly fuzz a little color, then spray a LIGHT amount of straight clear, over the fuzzed in area.
This will melt in the blend area.
Make sure you've polished the area to be blended first.

But also expect the blend to show in about 2 years
