I run 10.80s with a stock pan. Not even sure if it is baffled. Better way for him to spend money.

I paid 30$ for it years ago. It was complete. Wish I never took it apart though. It had that linkage with the big V bulb. Lost most of it. Still have the V bulb though.

I sold one 10 years ago for $1100.00 all original 65 Tri power untouched, I paid $100.00 for it. Guy drove from NY to pick it up. Only thing got left behind was the yellow spring ( I think itís call return spring ) Itís on the car my car now. Thing is still bright yellow. Only original Pontiac part on the whole motor..well except timing chain cover. Thatís off my 68 GTO.

I bought and sold 3 Tri Powers set ups a 64...65...and 66.

Thatís for sure, that spring gives me warm feeling. Every time a see it brings me back to 64-65 at 16 years old...when Pontiacís were king on street right out of the show room. Some headers, carb tuning, Disb recurved..a little more gear. Close exhaust 12.70ís.
