Default New Warp6 twin turbo build

Recently, I got back into my twin turbo engine build. Finally landed a long term contract, so car cash is available again. The car is in storage, covered and waiting for an engine. All the driveline mods to convert to a T-400/Gear Vendors are done. The Reid case look very stout. So stout that a blanket/shield isn't required.

Long story short. I sold my complete 555 with the CV-1's. The new owner has put a nice down payment on it and very soon it will be on its way.

Last week, I ordered a set of KRE Warp6 cylinder heads, with the CNC port on the exhaust side only with the big exhaust valve. Canted valves, symmetrical port layout and the best turbo exhaust ports available for a Pontiac. The as cast head made 1100+ on a well built 535. So the intake side is good to go as-is for my use. I still have the pair of billet S475 turbo's with the S/S 1.0 A/R turbine housings to use. These are good for up to 2000+ HP, but for my use will be dialed down.

Today, we spent a few hours working out the details for a new 4.210" Bryant billet crank with some specific options. That gets ordered next week with an approx 10 week turn. By the time the crank is done, we will have the aluminum block, Carillo rods, CP anodized pistons and new cam.

New engine will be 491ci. Those tight turbine housings will make for very quick spool up and still allow for 6800-7000 rpm. 7 pounds of boost by ~2500 rpm will make stoplight driving a lot of fun.

Dropped the Warp6 off at the shop. My guy had a set of John Kaase Boss 429 heads on one of the benches that will be going on a 570ci+ boss engine.
So we set the Warp6 next to one and did a simple camera compare.

Now that we have heads in hand, One can go to CP so we can get the hard anodized pistons underway and one can go on the bench for some flow testing.
We are removing the seats because they are for Ti valves. I am not using Ti valves. Wanted something modern for seat material. Did some research.

Were using Moldstar90 material. You can use either Steel or Ti valves on this material. My guy will make the new seats out of that. I have the round bar
coming. 12" of 2.500" dia and 12" of 2.00" diameter.
