Anyway, Looks like a good idea but you have limited yourself to 1 engine builder. Obviously this is a way for KRE to spend less time on the phone with cust. I see a problem with some people wanting to talk directly to Jeff or Mark about there combo as they are the "brains" behind the builds. Are you getting a broker fee from the cust to "over see" the project? Why not just put you in the shop answering the phone and doing the samething and pay you an administrative wage? I would like to order a set of warp 6. bare with unfinished chambers. Do I place the order on line?

Sounds like a good idea...nice job on the web site too. It's perfectly under
stand able what your goal is here. Someone to answer calls and take orders.
Now here's comes the best part...your word in making sure customers
get taken care of...if people can order through you with confidence
it will work. By that I mean orders are ship in a timely manner and any
product that has floors is qickly resovled.

Only products with floors is heads. Why would you need to resolve "floors"? All ports have them.

Scott thats all right I can understand Gatcheneeze.I.m Just glad he unerstands the consept of what i'm trying to do.Jeff spends 4to6 hours a day on the phone and the special things that he is really a expert at has a hard time getting done. Some customers will still need to talk to him but hopefully I can help some. Also there are two engine builders KRE and TIP.

I hope it works out well for you Ken. I does sound like a good idea in general. Alot of people like updates and pictures of there hard earned money at work during an engine build. You could picture catalog builds for customers and keep them pumped up about the build. This too could relate to up selling them on parts and services if you keep them excited during the process.

Ken...you've been around it long enough and can pretty much handle
the bulk of questions...I think you'll do a good job..from what I've seen
from your responses here. Good luck I hope it works out, I'm sure it'll be
a big help to Jeff and the rest.
Yeah...the one word I didn't take the time to spell check..bites me in the ass. I knew it wasn't the right meaning...I got lazy. Hey if it makes Scott feel good cracking on my spelling...so be it. Some people just get their Joly's off picking on me about my spelling.
