Hey, I have been a "ass" to the guy. He has a very nice car, better than mine.
I will make a ton of power when he gets the boost added for sure. And I understand the cam is not optimal for NA.
But dont expect any head with a pushrod in the middle of everything to be a good thing.
Its very cool and will make the power he wants. But its not cutting edge and never will be.
The RAV head might one day be as good as a Tiger....... maybe

My stock D port KRE's with a small turbo will hurt a lot of feelings even in a 3800 lb car.
If I had the $$$ I would have an aluminum block, set of good tigers and twinn 88 mm turbos.
Wait a minute.... "The mid fielders might go with DCI or CV-1". I hope you were referring to money spent and not performance. Until one of those heads beats 1200HP NA they will not be better than even E heads, let alone High Ports.

I am speaking about $$$$. KRE and E heads no matter what anyone says is the best bang for the buck. Guy with a little money and want something different, yes rav heads and cv-1. Big $$$$ will buy billet stuff or top of the line KRE stuff. RAV engines look cool that big V.

Problem is to this point E heads and HPs are BETTER than Cvs or Vs. At best the CVs and Vs will equal them, doubt they will ever be better.

"How about this big V"

Pushrod tube in the center of the port works well on that design.

LOL
