Default Hawk brake pads

When I changed my '69 'Bird from power brakes to manual, I thought that I may have made a big mistake. Stopping from 120-125 mph was an interresting experience; at least until I bought a set of Hawk front brake pads. They have now been on my car for at least 500 runs and the stopping power is almost as good as when I had power brakes. I bought them through Jeg's and recommend them to anyone. - Kyle

Alot of people used those pads on trucks and SUV's, and love them.

I got them on the Grand Am, with Powerslot rotors. Exxcellent stopping. Ya, they like a little heat in them too.
If it ain't broke, modify something til it is...
