Hi Jeff We have been working on a few Procharger/blower applications and have developed a high flow exaust for these apllications and getting good results.The head flows an average 83.4% intake to exhaust ratio from .200 lift to .800 this makes an excelent forced induction head,we used a 2.180 intake and a 1.710 ex valve.here are the actual flow #s

lift/Intake /Exhaust/%
050= 28 --- 28 ---n/a
100=103 --- 59 --- n/a
200=151 -- 131 -- 86%
300=217 -- 180 -- 82%
400=270 -- 221 -- 81%
500=303 -- 249 -- 82%
600=312 -- 260 -- 83%
700=319 -- 271 -- 84%
800=325 -- 280 -- 86%

Average 83.4%

These will fit staight on your car with no clearance issues and give you a significant increase in power,but i will add to make it optimum a cam change would be needed .

Andy,
Can your Edelbrock make 775-800 HP. I have a set of 980's making that and I want to change to aluminum heads. My combo is 4.280" bore 4.375" stroke. 15.6 to 1 compression. Do you think I should look at the Tiger heads. What do you think?

I have made 751hp with my heads with 2.11/1.66 valves flowing 310/217 on a 458ci 12.8:1 cr and with the same heads with 2.180/1.710 flowing 325/240 on a 535 made 775hp with 13:1 cr.

So with your 503ci and 15.6:1 cr making 775-800 should be no problem with the right cam!

I ca also do you our "Warrior Chief" ports (wide ports) that flow 370/282 they should make close to 900HP on your motor!

The Tiger heads would be a good option also and should make more power HP wise but maybe a little less torque.

I'm interested Andy, what rpm range would I need to to run with your wide ports or the Tigers? What are the valve sizes?

The wide ports rpm range is 3800-7800 with valve sizes 2.250/1.710.

Tigers rpm range 4000-8000+ valve sizes 2.250/1.88.
