Dunno...But if you ever get Dynacorn aftermarket fenders or quarters you will spend hours finishing out the edges by welding rods to them to take up the huge gaps that aftermarket panels have become nightmares about....I used alot or 5/32" cold rolled rod welded to both the doors and the fenders just to get it to look stock. My gaps are 1/8" to 3/16" and fairly consistent now...they started out gaping holes that you could put half a hand through! I have since seen a few cars at swap meets and shows that had much bigger gaps than mine...Too small will never be noticeable. Too big will stick out like a sore thumb! I have seen restorations where the gaps were better than new from all the fitment and adjusting done....Made the cars look flawless, then I have seen unrestored originals with 1/4" and larger gaps showing in places that make you look twice, but back in the day it was acceptable to people. Basically what I am saying is there are specs in the Fisher Body Books but it ultimately depended on what day the car was built and who's shift it was on......
