After I got my Grand Prix in 97, the company behind us painted there building, off-white, My car is black. It just made me sick. My brand new car had a bad case of white specks all over it.
The company offered to buff all the affected cars in the parking lot and I waited to see how they would do on the black ones. Not real good, you could see the swirl marks and I sure wasn't going to let them ruin my new car.
So I went and got some overspray clay from the paint shop and some Mcguires final detail spray and spent the entire day removing every speck of paint from my car. It was alot of work and let me tell you my arms and hands were sore, but it was well worth the effort. The car looked great without a swirl mark to be seen.
You could always use a buffer and a good cleaner if your in a hurry to get it done.
Good luck.

Yep! That's right! A good clay bar, and some elbow grease. :ax

The clay works great, I use it with soap and water as if I'm washing it.
