Default idea on front springs for my 67GTO

No lift at all off the line, car fills like its shooting straight out. Do i just need a set of 6 cylinder springs out of a early chevelle?? Stock factory style springs in now.

Did you do any drag race front end modifications to the bushings and drag shocks up front yet.

Moroso front springs for a BBC, is what you need. Forget about the 6 cylinder Chevy springs. The Moroso trick front springs have up left the 6 cylinder springs are just a weeker spring then stock Pontiac ones. Not what you want.

Never heard of them, not to say their no ok tho. You want something you won't end up having to cut coils off to get the front down, cause that's a pain in the balls. Taking them in and out cutting them to get the right height.

I just use the spring compressor to hold the spring in the upper pocket, pop the lower ball joint and get the arm out of the way and cut the coil with a cut off wheel.
Can be done in 15 minutes.
