The regular Monte Carlo won't have the quick box in it. It has to be a SS. The quick boxes are longer than a 64 steering box, they also use metric fittings and a different rag joint. There might be enough adjustment in the steering column under the dash since the steering shaft is one piece on a 64. They make big brakes that fit on the A body spindles.
